This has to be the ultimate live-aboard vessel. She was previously a herring trawler, and has now been skillfully converted to provide comfortable and spacious accommodation that one would more normally find in an appartment on shore! There is a large double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe. From the luxurious wetroom and adjacent wc compartment, to the living room with fireplace, and the "roof terrace", you are certain to feel at home here. You can cook a delicious meal in the well equipped galley/kitchen, and entertain your friends in the spacious saloon overlooking the water.
However, if you feel the need to roam far and wide, she has also retained the ability to be used as a throughly solid sea-going vessel.
All in all, a unique proposition for those looking for something a little bit different!
All fixtures, fittings and furniture are included, subject to inventory to be agreed between the purchaser and vendor.
