These boat details are subject to contract.This wonderful Factory built Classic Birchwood 33, of 1977 has lots of style with character.
The charming owner tells me that the Birchwood business started out as caravan manufacturers reflected in the roomy and comfortable layout all round.
It has good quality fixtures and fittings in the large forward cabin, ideal for large families/friends for days out or overnight stays in comfort.
The galley area is very reasonable with a two burner gas cooker/ oven / microwave with a pressurised hot/cold water system.
The separate head compartment also has hot/cold water for the shower/ basin plus a marine toilet.
It has four berths fore/ aft, having a separate cabin for each, both being large doubles.
The power comes from two tidy120hp Ford Lehman Diesel engines.
It is out the water at present with fresh anti- foul ready for the season which is starting soon.
This is a tidy 33 foot cruiser, an ideal holiday home alternative.
